Can I return my order?
This will depend on the country from which the purchase is made.
For purchases made from the Peninsula, the Balearic Islands and/or the European Union, returns are accepted within the established deadlines and according to the conditions set out in our Returns Policy.
Returns are not accepted for purchases made from foreign countries outside the European Union (USA and Canada, for example).
Can I exchange an item?
Item exchanges are only allowed within the peninsula and the Balearic Islands. To do so, please contact us by writing to info@tonifernandez.es , detailing your order code, the item you wish to exchange and which one. Once you send this email, we will contact you to let you know how to proceed.
How do I return my order?

What is the deadline for making an exchange or return?
The deadline to request a return or exchange is 14 days from the date the order is delivered (this one included). After this period, changes or returns will not be accepted.
Only one return will be accepted per order. That is, if you buy two items in the same order and want to return both, you must request the return of both at the same time. Otherwise, only the return of the first item will be accepted.
What is the cost of a return?
Returns within the peninsula and the Balearic Islands have no additional cost.
What is the cost of a change?
Changes within the peninsula and the Balearic Islands have no additional cost.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be made automatically in the same way as payment was made for purchases made with a bank card or PayPal.
If the payment method was bank transfer, the customer must provide us with their bank details (beneficiary, IBAN/account number) in order to issue the refund. The customer is responsible for providing us with the correct details so that the refund can be managed effectively.
When will my refund be issued?
You will receive the refund within approximately 2-5 calendar days from the date we receive the package at our warehouse. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
When will I receive my order?
Shipments to the peninsula and the Balearic Islands have a delivery time of 2 to 5 working days from when the order is placed.
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla have an approximate delivery time of 5 working days. It is important to bear in mind that the package may be held in CUSTOMS and this could delay delivery by 2 or 3 days.
Shipments to Europe have a delivery time of 3 to 7 business days.
Shipments to countries outside the European Union have a delivery time of 3 to 10 business days. It is important to note that the package may be held in CUSTOMS and this could delay delivery by 2 or 3 days.
Can I track the status of my shipment?
If you want to track your order, just write us an email at info@tonifernandez.es requesting your tracking number and we will send you all the necessary information.
What happens if my package is held in CUSTOMS?
Purchases made from countries outside the European Union, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, will pay for the items without VAT when making the purchase from our website, since CUSTOMS will subsequently be responsible for collecting the corresponding fees. Therefore, the customer will always be responsible for paying the customs duty.
