Your order placed on our website can be returned and refunded by following all the corresponding steps and within a period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order.

Returns (Peninsula and Balearic Islands)

The Toni Fernández team reserves the right to not accept the return of any order if all of these requirements are not met:

  • It must be within the deadline, 14 calendar days from the delivery of the package (delivery day included) and notify the desire to return within the deadline via email info@tonifernandez.es or via WhatsApp +34 682 768 486.
  • Items must be in perfect condition, as delivered, in their original packaging and unused, with all labels and accessories intact, if applicable. In any case, it is understood that use should not go beyond the mere checking and testing of the product. Any possible presence of odours, stains of any kind (sweat, make-up, perfumes, tobacco, etc.), rubbing or snagging will be examined. We recommend trying on the items after a shower, without make-up, perfumes or jewellery that could get caught. Items without the original labels, used, with strong odours, stained and/or damaged after ordinary use will not be reimbursed.
  • The item must be returned using the same protective cardboard box in which it was received , or failing that, in a similar protective box so that the item arrives at our warehouse with the maximum possible guarantees. It is the customer's responsibility to package everything properly so that the item is not damaged in transit.
  • Only one return is allowed per order. You cannot return different items separately, so you must process all your returns at the same time. If you have placed more than one order, each return must be processed separately.
  • The return of the goods will be carried out by collection through our courier service or by depositing the package at the nearest Post Office. Both options require printing the return label that will be sent once you request the return and let us know whether you require collection at home or deposit at the Post Office.
  • Returns must be processed from the same country in which they are received.

Any shipments that do not meet all of the above requirements will not be accepted and will not be refunded. If the returned item is rejected because it violates the conditions described above, the customer will be required to pay any additional costs to recover it.

Refunds

We will issue a refund for returned items once the merchandise has been received and approved by the quality department.

The refund will be made within a maximum period of 2 to 5 calendar days from receipt in our warehouses.

Refunds will always be made by reversing the original payment in the case of a credit/debit card or through PayPal.

We will not be able to reverse the transaction automatically if the order was placed by transfer. In this case the client must provide us with their bank details. (beneficiary, iban/account number) to issue the refund. The customer is responsible for providing us with the correct data so that the refund can be managed effectively.

We remind you that the time taken to credit your credit card does not depend on us, but on the contract you have entered into with the card manager.

Changes (Peninsula and Balearic Islands)

The requirements of the returns section must be respected.

Our team will respond to your request within 48 hours to explain the process so that the exchange is as quick and convenient as possible for both parties. You have 14 business days from the date the package arrives to request an exchange.

Returns and exchanges (Europe, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla)

For international returns from countries belonging to the European Union, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the customer must hire a courier service to return the package and must assume the costs of this. The shipping period must not exceed 10 business days from the confirmation of return.

Although it is not usual in the case of returns due to defective products, the customer must also cover the shipping costs, since we do not have direct courier services in these countries to request collections.

The return must be processed from the same country in which it is received.

We are not responsible for customs fees and packages held in customs or with charges, so it is the customer's responsibility to find out about this before processing the return. If the package enters our country with customs charges, we will not be able to collect the package and therefore make the payment.

Returns and exchanges (countries outside the European Union)

We do not accept returns from countries outside the European Union (USA or Canada, for example).
