Exchanges and Returns Policy

Toni Fernández’s team reserves the right to refuse the return of any order if all of the following requirements are not met: The return must be made within 14 calendar days of the parcel being delivered (including the day of delivery), and you must notify us of your intention to return the item within this period by emailing info@tonifernandez.es or via WhatsApp on +34 682 768 486. Items must be in perfect condition, exactly as they were delivered, in their original packaging and unused, with all labels and accessories intact where applicable. In any case, it is understood that use must not go beyond merely checking and trying on the product. We will check for any odours, stains of any kind (sweat, make-up, perfume, tobacco, etc.), scuffs or snags. We recommend trying on items after a shower, without make-up, perfume or jewellery that could snag. Items without their original labels, or those that are used, have strong odours, are stained and/or damaged beyond normal wear and tear, will not be refunded.

The item must be returned using the same protective packaging box in which it was received, or, failing that, in a similar protective box, to ensure that the item reaches our warehouse in the best possible condition. It is the customer’s responsibility to pack everything properly so that the item is not damaged in transit. Only one return per order is permitted. You cannot return different items separately; therefore, you must process all your returns at the same time. If you have placed more than one order, each return must be processed separately. The return of the goods must be made by dropping off the parcel at an InPost or Correos collection point, in accordance with the carrier indicated on the return label received by the customer. You will need to print the carrier’s label. Returns must be processed from the same country in which they were received. Any parcels that do not meet all the above requirements will not be accepted or refunded. Should the returned item be rejected for breaching the conditions described above, the customer will be responsible for any additional costs incurred in retrieving it.

For international returns from countries within the European Union, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the customer must arrange a courier service to return the parcel and must bear the costs of this. The return must be dispatched within 10 working days of the return confirmation. Although this is not usual in the case of returns due to faulty products, the customer must also cover the shipping costs, as we do not have a direct courier service in these countries to arrange collections. The return must be processed from the same country in which the item was received. We do not cover customs duties or charges for parcels held at customs or subject to charges; it is therefore the customer’s responsibility to check this information before processing the return. If the parcel enters our country with customs charges, we will be unable to arrange collection of the parcel or, consequently, issue a refund.

We do not accept returns from countries outside the European Union (such as the US or Canada).

Yes, we offer free delivery to collection points in Spain.

Deliveries to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands take 2 to 5 working days from the time the order is placed. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery method chosen by the customer.

Deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla take approximately 5 working days. Please note that the parcel may be held up at CUSTOMS, which could delay delivery by 2 or 3 days.

Deliveries to Europe take 3 to 7 working days.
